    Adamantia Phoca

    Senior Business Development Manager, LAMDA Development S.A.

    Adamantia has over 20 years of strong property background and experience in Real Estate Consulting, Valuation and Development. She specialises in the hospitality, mixed use, tourism and leisure sectors with a vast international experience acquired in numerous countries in the world. She is a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for the Hospitality, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, and Alternative Residential Projects within ‘The Ellinikon’, a major regeneration project in the south suburbs of Athens. Previously, Adamantia worked as a Director for CBRE in Greece where she set up and was responsible for the department of Hospitality and Special Assets, while she has also held senior managerial roles in the HVS London and Athens offices. Adamantia started her career in 2003 as a Valuation analyst with Lambert Smith Hampton-Axies S.A. (now CBRE Greece), where she later became Valuation Quality Control Manager. Underlying her experience, Adamantia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She also holds a Masters in Land Management and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance, both from the University of Reading. Adamantia is a certified property Valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2005. She has passionately been involved in RICS public matters as an RICS Assessor since 2010 and Licensed Assessor Trainer and has served as a member of the RICS Hellas Board (2013-2016), a member of the RICS Continental European Educational Standards Board based in Frankfurt (2013-2015), as well as a member of the RICS Membership Working Group in London (2014-2020). Adamantia has recently been selected for the dual role of the Chair of the RICS Board in Greece (2023-2026) and the representative for Greece and Cyprus on the European World Regional Board of the RICS (2023-2026). Adamantia has also served as a member of the ULI Executive Board (2017-2019) and is a member of the Greek Registry of Certified Valuers. Occasionally, she lectures on subjects such as Valuation and Hospitality in various educational institutions in Greece.

    Nikolaos Keramaris

    Head of Investment Origination & Execution Department, Prodea Investments

    Mr. Nikos Keramaris is the Head of Investment Origination & Execution Department of Prodea Investments. He manages the growth of the company’s property portfolio within the framework of its investment strategy by originating, analyzing, and implementing various types of property acquisitions. He holds more than 18 years of professional experience and specialization in the real estate sector, implementing a series of investments in Greece, Cyprus, Italy and SE Europe, shipping investments and fund management. Before joining Prodea Investments, he worked for Resolute Asset Management, where he was involved in major transactions in the sale and management of real estate and non-performing loan portfolios in Greece. He was also a founding member while heading the Analysis at Orasis Capital, an equity Hedge Fund developing niche investment strategies for the Greek market, where he participated actively in the company’s fund raising, asset allocation and strategic acquisitions. He also worked for Naftilia Asset Management, a Long/Short shipping hedge fund on HFR platform, as a Financial and Portfolio Analyst, leading the fundamental equity research for Shipping sector, recommended investment actions and monitored hedge fund investments Mr. Keramaris holds an MSc in Finance from ALBA Graduate Business School and a B.S. with high distinction in Accounting and Finance from Deree College of The American College of Greece.

    Nikolaos Baziotis

    CFO/CIO, Premia Properties

    Possess extensive professional experience, in excess of 22 years in total, in the banking (corporate and investment banking) and investments sectors, having held roles of responsibility in leading banking and corporate groups. Currently, he holds the position of CFO/CIO at Premia Properties REIC. Nikolaos holds a BSc in International and European Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.

    Simon Chinn

    Vice President Research & Advisory Services, Urban Land Institute - Europe

    Simon is Vice President, Research & Advisory Services at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is responsible for managing its innovative research agenda covering the key issues shaping the future of the real estate industry including climate change and sustainability, investment and development trends and shifts in demography and technological change. Prior to joining ULI, Simon specialised in research on global cities and real estate for Grosvenor, one of the world’s largest privately-owned international property businesses. Simon’s role involved undertaking analysis on global city developments to inform the company’s long-term strategy and thinking on cities. He has undertaken major research projects on megatrends for real estate, examining topics such as urbanisation, demographic change, digital disruption and climate change. Simon also has previous experience working in urban planning, economic development and strategic consulting for the retail sector. He holds an MSc in Urban Economic Development from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit, University College London.

    Konstantinos Santikos

    Managing Director, Santikos Collection

    Konstantinos Santikos is a hospitality entrepreneur. He holds a Business & Finance Degree from Babson College. He has worked at UBS bank in Zurich Switzerland and CondeNast Traveller in New Work both in their product and marketing department. Since 2010 he has been involved and leading the Santikos Collection hospitality group as General Manager for the Princess Resort until 2012, head of Sales until 2018 and Managing Director since 2018. In 2019 he founded Santikos Hospitality, a hospitality consulting agency with long term mentality.
