    All bookings must be paid for in advance of the event

    Invoice payment terms strictly 30 days from the issue date of invoice

    If your booking is less than 30 days before the event or payment has not been received by this date, you will be asked to settle the account before being permitted to enter the event

    Please ensure that your accounts team is aware of our terms to avoid any delays to your on-site registration

    Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI at least 30 days prior (until 29 April 2024) to the event will be awarded a full refund minus a €50 processing fee

    No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received from 29 April 2024

    Registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation who is eligible to attend. If necessary, fee adjustments will be made based on ULI membership status

    Peter Papadakos

    Managing Director, Head of Research, Europe & APAC, Green Street

    Peter is the Managing Director, Head of Research at Green Street. He is the author of Heard on the Thames. Heard on the Thames is designed to provide thought-provoking commentary on a variety of issues for public and private real estate investors, lenders, bankers, and other industry participants. Since joining the firm in 2010, Peter has launched coverage of over 40 PropCos / REITs. He has played a central role in helping global investors from private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and institutional portfolio managers understand U.K./European office, retail, residential, self-storage, industrial, health care and hotel property sectors and how they compare to Green Street’s U.S. coverage. Before joining Green Street, Peter worked at J.P. Morgan in London and CEE/SEE real estate private equity funds in Athens. He received a first-class M.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Henley Business School (University of Reading).

    Konstantinos Papadopoulos

    Founder and Director, Resi Company

    Konstantinos (Kostis) Papadopoulos, is the founder and manager of residential investment companies Resi Company, Resi Ventures and Resi Ventures II and currently resides in Athens, Greece. Kostis was previously in the Global Research & Public Markets team of the Real Estate Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in Abu Dhabi, UAE and was instrumental in the creation, development, and management of the department’s listed real estate strategy and investments, while also played a central role in the strategy and portfolio analysis capabilities for the department. Prior to moving to Abu Dhabi, Kostis lived in London, where he worked in the Property Research Team of M&G Real Estate, the UK Prudential’s real estate fund manager and the Forecasting & Strategy Team of DTZ, a real estate consultancy. Kostis holds a position in ULI Greece & Cyprus Executive Committee, while also Co-Chairing ULI’s national Living Council. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School in London.

    Dimitris Vlachopoulos

    International Partner, Head of Portfolio & Location Strategy, Cushman & Wakefield

    Dimitris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio & Location Strategy practice, advising corporates on where in the world, where in the city to locate their operations, and on how to optimise their real estate footprint from talent, real estate and business strategy perspective. Dimitris draws from 20+ years of experience in strategy consulting leading large scale consulting engagements for corporate and private equity clients on location advisory, real estate portfolio planning, go-to-market and operations strategy as well as commercial due diligence across Europe, US and Asia. He has led thought leadership on real estate trends, location strategy & future of workplace, published in global journals such as the Corporate Real Estate Journal and RIBA press. Dimitris studied architecture at Aristotle University, holds an MSc in urban design from Columbia University and an MBA from HKUST. He is currently based between Athens & London and in the past, he lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Zurich.

    Pavlos Pavlakis

    Principal, VentureFriends

    Pavlos has a combination of startup and finance background. The past 7 years he has been at VentureFriends and in the VC space, backing founders and early stage startups across Europe and beyond. Before joining the VC space, he was Head of Strategy & Finance at Quiqup, a London-based marketplace startup, where he led a £20m Series B funding round. He also previously worked at a fund in Structuring & Transaction Execution at CapInvest in London, investing mostly in Real Estate. Pavlos holds a BSc Mathematics and Economics degree from London School of Economics and an MSc Finance degree from Imperial College Business School.

    Tassos Kotzanastassis is the founder of the 8G Group, a private equity real estate group with offices and activity in Europe, Asia, and Africa. The 8G group engages in both principal and advisory activities, with a recent focus on the hospitality and residential sectors. Tassos has more than 30 years of experience in property, and his career is marked by leadership roles in prominent financial institutions and successful ventures, such as founder and managing Director of 8G Capital Partners Ltd (advising clients such as governments, private equity groups, and banks) co-founder and Partner of Petra Hospitality Management (Turkey's largest third-party hotel manager), founding Director of HSBC's Principal Real Estate Investments - Europe and others. Tassos is currently a Global Governing Trustee and co-chairs the Technology Council for EMEA of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Tassos holds an Economics degree from the University of Bristol, and a master’s degree in Land Management from Reading University. He is a Chartered Surveyor, and a CFA chartered holder.

    Jeroen Dirckx is a Partner at KCAP, an internationally recognized design practice with offices in Rotterdam, Zürich, and Paris, working at the intersection of urbanism, architecture, and landscape. With over two decades of experience, Jeroen leads large-scale urban transformation projects across Europe and beyond, focusing on creating resilient, inclusive, and future-proof cities. His expertise lies in managing complex, multi-stakeholder processes — aligning public and private interests, engaging communities, and integrating design excellence throughout. His work emphasizes the creation of urban environments that support social interaction, foster local identity, and respond to environmental challenges. From circular development strategies to nature-based climate solutions, Jeroen’s integrated approach bridges policy and design to deliver meaningful impact on the ground. Originally from Belgium and now based in Rotterdam, Jeroen holds degrees in Architecture and Urban Strategic Planning from the University of Leuven. He regularly lectures at universities, serves on design juries, and speaks at international forums, where he shares insights from both practice and research to advance the discourse on sustainable urban development.

    Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra

    Senior Partner, Colliers Poland sp. z o.o.

    Dorota joined Colliers in 2018 as Director and Senior Partner, Head of Corporate Finance and Living Services for CEE. She leads a team of real estate professionals with proven experience gained in private equity and investment banking as well as broader living sector. Dorota is responsible for comprehensive financial advisory, including debt financing, mezzanine financing, raising capital and gaining capital partners, and offering support in acquiring companies and entering the stock exchange. Heading living services department, she specializes in advisory, transactions and operations targeting apartments for sale (Built To Sell), flats for rent (Built To Rent) private dormitories (PBSA), co-living, senior living, micro apartments, serviced apartments and other types of housing schemes. Under Dorota’s leadership Colliers was part of all major living and equity transactions in Poland and CEE. Before joining Colliers International, Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra spent 11 years as Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate, where she was responsible for the Group’s management and investments, and for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. Recently, she has been involved in the creation of a logistics platform co-managed by Griffin. Earlier, as CEO at Griffin Premium RE, the first REIT fund, she successfully launched the fund on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She was a member of the team responsible for acquiring shares in Echo Investment SA, one of the biggest transactions on the Polish real estate market, in which she was responsible for due diligence and financing the acquisition. Before joining Griffin, for over 10 years, she held director positions in the HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit Group, and in their subsidiaries, monitoring real estate investment banking and managing real estate. Dorota Wysokinska-Kuzdra has graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Dorota was chairperson in the Polish branch of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) between 2018-2021 – the international non-profit organisation that supports responsible planning and developing of cities, which functions as a platform of knowledge exchange between experts and participants in the real estate market, both in Poland and abroad. In 2020, in addition to the Polish role, she has been elected to join the Executive Committee of ULI Europe and is now creating ULI CEE HUB. She is a Global Governing Trustee for ULI Global.

    Simon Durkin

    Global Head of Real Estate Research, Strategy and Portfolio Analytics, BlackRock

    Simon is Global Head of Real Estate Research and Strategy for Equity Private Markets at BlackRock and has over 25 years’ experience in real estate strategy and research. At BlackRock Simon works alongside investment teams, portfolio management and clients, advising on investment strategy, authoring thought leadership, and articulating house views. Simon also sits on the Global and European Real Estate Investment Committees. At BlackRock Simon is closely aligned with the BlackRock Investment Institute leveraging the firm's vast expertise and knowledge, generating proprietary research to provide insights on the global economy, markets, geopolitics, and long-term asset allocation. Previously he was Head of Research for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Head of Real Asset Research & Strategy at DWS. Simon studied real estate investment and finance at City University London and was awarded an MBA at Warwick Business School.

    Konstantinos Santikos

    Managing Director, Santikos Collection

    Konstantinos Santikos is a hospitality entrepreneur. He holds a Business & Finance Degree from Babson College. He has worked at UBS bank in Zurich Switzerland and CondeNast Traveller in New Work both in their product and marketing department. Since 2010 he has been involved and leading the Santikos Collection hospitality group as General Manager for the Princess Resort until 2012, head of Sales until 2018 and Managing Director since 2018. In 2019 he founded Santikos Hospitality, a hospitality consulting agency with long term mentality.

    Maria Zafeiriadou

    Urban Designer, Partner, Thymios Papayannis and Associates Inc.

    Maria Zafeiriadou is a Greek architect and urban designer, a recent Partner at the planning and architectural firm of Thymio Papayannis and Associates (TPA), Athens. She brings an extensive international experience in urban scale projects, having worked in, and led, projects in Europe, Asia, Middle East, U.K. and Canada. She has an experience in collaborating with both the public and the private sector, in mixed-use developments, innovation districts, hospitality and tourism developments, redevelopment of business parks and waterfront developments. Her previous experience includes, among others, six years as an Associate urban designer at UNStudio Amsterdam, where she has led masterplans in Europe and Asia. She holds a Diploma of Architect Engineer, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies (Architecture & Urbanism) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is an active member of the ULI Greece & Cyprus Executive Committee.
