    After postponing the below event due to bad weather, we are pleased to announce that we have arranged this to a new date. We invite you to join us for the tour and presentation of the ART 1 office building on 9th February 2023 at 17:00.

    We are pleased to invite you to attend a sort presentation and site tour of the "ART 1" Office Building as part of the "Buildings we admire" series of events. The event will take place on 26th January 2023, at 17:00.

    Hellenic Properties and Neiheiser Argyros teamed up to transform an existing 40 year old building into purpose-built, modern and sustainable working spaces in Maroussi. The property, consists of 6 stories and a basement, a total of 2,300 sq.m. surface area in which are situated three company offices and common areas. The building incorporates a range of sustainability strategies and achieves the local A+ highest energy efficiency grade, in line with Hellenic Properties’ vision of improving Attica’s building stock for the present.

    Iason Ntounis

    Architect, Neiheiser Argyros

    Iason is an architect, currently working at Neiheiser Argyros, where he has worked on different types and scales of projects, including the Art 1 building. He is also currently teaching Interior Architecture at the adult training program of Athens College. Iason received his Masters degree in 2020 from the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) after earning his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Patras in 2019. He is a licensed architect in Greece.


    Errikos Arones

    Hellenic Properties

    Errikos is the Chief Executive of Hellenic Properties, a real estate investment company targeting value-based opportunities in Greece, currently managing over €65 million in assets. He has extensive experience in greenfield and brownfield real estate development projects, across sectors and regions. He has served as CEO of the Arones family office for more than 20 years, focusing primarily on real estate, private equity and venture capital investments. Errikos holds a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Indianapolis, an Advanced Management Development Programme (AMDP) in Real Estate Development from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and has completed the Real Estate Executive Course at Harvard Business School. He holds several board positions, including at ULI Greece & Cyprus Residential Council, the Jewish Museum of Greece and The Peoples Trust, a non-profit relieving unemployment through entrepreneurship.
