George is a Founding Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate. He is an MRICS skilled project management expert with more than 20 years of experience in the management of large real estate construction, retrofit and fit-out projects. He brings substantial planning and technical advisory expertise. George heads the Development Management practice. George has delivered a number of high profile commercial real estate projects on behalf of major local REICs, private investors and international corporates. He is also advising in the planning and technical aspects for real estate due diligence purposes funds, loan servicers, public sector clients and financiers. In the past, George was for 7 years a Project Manager at WS Atkins International, leading among others, several PPP technical advisory roles. Before Atkins, George was working for Faithful+Gould in London, managing flagship projects for international corporates and public sector organizations. George is an accredited member of RICS and a qualified Civil Engineer. He holds an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London and a MEng in Civil Engineering from University of Thrace.

Ioannis is a Founding Partner of Arbitrage Real Estate SA, a leading real estate advisory and development management firm and also exclusive affiliate of Colliers International in Greece and Cyprus. As a Head of Capital Markets for Greece & Cyprus, he brings more than 20 years of experience in investment management and capital markets together with a strong track record. He is working with major investors, hoteliers and leading financiers to originate, underwrite and manage value add and (re)development investments in mixed use and hospitality real estate in Greece and the rest of SE Europe. He also leverages his expertise in ESG strategies to create sustainable value in property portfolios. In the past, Ioannis worked in London for Europa Capital as an Asset Manager and Deloitte in its Real Estate Corporate Finance practice. He has also worked for Citigroup in Rome. He holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL.
