    Katherine Hibbert

    Founder and Executive Chair, Dot Dot Dot Property

    Katharine Hibbert is the Founder and Executive Chair of Dot Dot Dot, a social enterprise that turns empty space into homes for people who want to volunteer. Since launching in 2011, Dot Dot Dot has grown to house hundreds of people across the country, employing a team of 30 at its office in the Olympic Park, and supporting its residents to give tens of thousands of hours to good causes. The ideas behind Dot Dot Dot came from work Katharine previously did as a journalist and an author. While working at the Sunday Times she became interested in waste and empty homes, the subject of her first book, FREE: Adventures on the Margins of a Wasteful Society. She is currently studying an Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge.

    Roxana Isaiu

    Chief Product Officer (CPO), GRESB

    Roxana Isaiu is Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) for GRESB. She is responsible for the strategy, management and delivery of GRESB products. She is overseeing the ESG & Benchmarks Pillar, consisting of the Real Estate and Infrastructure teams of subject matter experts, which are responsible for developing the GRESB Assessments, setting product requirements and supporting GRESB members in understanding and using the GRESB data and benchmarks. Since joining the company in 2012, Roxana has been working with institutional investors, real estate companies and industry groups to help develop reliable and consistent data collection and analysis tools. Roxana holds an Msc in Corporate Finance from Duisenberg School of Finance and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

    Charlie Jacques

    Head of Sustainability and Impact Investment, Real Estate, Schroders

    Charlie has led sustainability and impact investment policy, strategy and implementation across Schroder Real Estate since 2014. Schroder Real Estate has £16.9 billion assets under management (at December 2020) in the UK, Europe and Asia including commercial, hotel and residential assets on behalf of clients. She joined Schroders in 2000, and was Business Projects Manager for the Head of Property at Schroders from 2000 to 2014. She participated in the first UK Green Building Council Future Leader programme in 2014. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading.

    Ding Li

    Senior Strategy Consultant, Longevity Partners Ltd

    Ding leads Longevity Partners' Strategy service and advises clients on the development of corporate strategies, policies, and action plans on sustainability issues. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute. With experience working in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, and Paris, Ding supports companies in embedding sustainability principles into their business operations and organisational culture. Ding was an honouree of 2018 "30 Under 30" organised by GreenBiz Group and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development ('WBCSD'), World Top 10 Finalists of the Famelab International in the UK Cheltenham Science Festival. She is a gymnast and a science communicator in her free time.
